How to cook tatar boraki.
Mix flour, an egg, a cup of water and salt together. Knead dough a little bit more solid and leave for 15-20 minutes to rest. Then open thin dough, cut it in any shape. Put a big pot with water on the fire, add salt in it and let it boil. Put those tatar borakis into the boiling water. When it is done pour it into the strainer. Then sneeze two cloves of garlic and put into the matsun, add some salt and mix.
How to serve
Put the tatar borakis into the plate, add some garlic- matsun on it and serve on.
